Local Artist and Art Educator Judy Kosinski visits Orchard Park Middle School.
At the end of October, the Orchard Park Visual Art Boosters sponsored a visiting artist to Orchard Park Middle School. Judy Kosinski is a local artist, retired art teacher and OP community member.
Mrs. Kosinski worked with 6th grade students for two days. She taught them how to paint watercolor skies and ink silhouettes to create narrative artworks. She also worked after school with the middle school Art Club, teaching them about Neurographic Art; a mindful art technique that promotes calmness and stress relief.
Mrs. Kosinski did an amazing job with the students and the students responded with incredible artworks as a result. Thank you Mrs. Kosinski for your time and talents. Congratulations middle school artists on the terrific works of art you created!
